Doctor pauses momentarily before continuing to wrap up Russell's hand. He asks if it was an accident, and Russell says no, to which Doctor has no visible reaction.
Russell asks if he's going to call the police, to which Doctor smiles and says no. He wishes Russell a good day, and to come back any time if there's anything else he needs.
